Friday, Dec 14 • Dinner:  Toasted Sourdough Turkey Meatballs(GF) Subs and Apple-Carrot Coleslaw(GF) • Lunch: Nut Butter w/Jumbleberry Jam(GF) Bagels and Fruit Salad • Breakfast: Veggie Egg Scramble and Mixed Berry Muffins(GF)

Saturday, Dec 15 • Dinner: Salmon w/ Wilted Greens(GF) and Soaked Brown Rice(Gluten-Free) • Dessert: “Sugar” Cookie Cut-Outs(GF Option) & Homemade Hot Cocoa(GF) • Lunch: Grilled Turkey Reuben and Cultured Sauerkraut • Breakfast: Eggs Over Easy and Leftover Mixed Berry Muffins(GF)
