As a family we took on the LISTERINE® 21 Day Challenge! Like I shared in my first post, it was quite alarming to me that brushing alone misses 75% of your mouth! Yikes! I was excited to take on this challenge just to be more consistent and purposeful with our oral health.
The RESULTS:
Although we did brush regularly before we started this challenge, there were plenty of times where one of the kids would "forget" to brush their teeth. This challenge gave the kids an all new motivation to keep their mouth and teeth clean. They loved using the mouthwash and commented regularly on how "great their mouth felt". Each of my children put together their own checklist for brushing their teeth morning and night. It went something like this: 1. Floss 2. Brush Teeth 3. Mouthwash (rinse and spit) :).
I have to admit that my mouth felt sparkly clean using the Listerine Mouthwash, as opposed to just brushing. It really makes such a difference. I would recommend for everyone to try the LISTERINE® 21 Day Challenge. You WILL feel a difference!

As stated in my previous post, I was shocked to learn that oral disease is now the most chronic childhood illness in the U.S. It impacts kids of all backgrounds, but especially the millions who are unable to afford, or otherwise get access to, regular professional care ---and I can attest that is is expensive!!
