It is common knowledge that motherhood often drives a woman to prayer with it many concerns and cares but have you ever considered taking your future little ones before the Lord in prayer even before you see their sweet faces?
In a dark world, turning darker, our children or future children will face many challenges. Believing, sharing and standing firm for what is good and right, for what God has called us to stand for, seems to grow harder every day.
"Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour." -1 Peter 5:8
Our enemy, Satan, is strong. He hates children and especially those who grow up in Christian families under the teaching of the Gospel. Satan's influences are real and dangerous but thankfully our God is stronger and He equips us with the powerful weapon of prayer!
Prayer is an amazing thing and God often chooses to use it as a means of accomplishing His will.
Why not take a few moments to pray for your future children? You wont reget it.

Dear Father,
Would you please bless my children with:
The gift of eternal life at a young age.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” -John 3:16 {ESV}
A godly spouse and a strong biblical marriage.
“Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.” -Ephesians 5:31 {ESV}
The strength to remain pure in heart and body.
“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.” -Matthew 5:8 {ESV}
A Fear of the Lord that leads to great wisdom.
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; all those who practice it have a good understanding.” -Psalm 111:10
Protection as they bring the Gospel to a dark world.
“Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.” -Mark 16:15 {ESV}
