Last month I shared my new plan for sharing my 2014 reading with you after seeing my friend Crystal's idea. I pray it will inspire you to dig in and keep your mind engaged in learning. (and it keeps me accountable and on track :)) Here are the books I read in February:
Glimpses of Grace by Gloria Furman
I really LOVE this book! It is such a well written, spot on encouragement for moms.
A Million Little Ways by Emily P. Freeman
A Million Little Ways by Emily of Chatting at the Sky was an inspiring reminder for me. This excerpt sums it up, "We arrived here as art and we spend our lives uncovering the beauty we have to offer--not just the work of our hands but the shape of our hearts. We are here as expressions of God to reflect his glory in the world. As the community of humanity, we will do that in a million different little ways." -Emily P. Freeman
Loving the Little Years: Motherhood in the Trenches by Rachel Jankovic
This is the second time I have read Loving the Little Years. It is such an easy read and packed with practical ideas and wisdom for moms. It is a MUST for a mother's library.
So tell me...what books are you reading?? Anything you REALLY loved this past month??
Blessings,
Ruth Schwenk
