Most mornings get underway with a bit of chaos as everyone grabs breakfast, gets ready for the day and the kids start school. There are plenty of times that lunchtime rolls around and I realize that I haven't even taken a few moments to grab a bite for breakfast. Breakfast is how we fuel our body for the day and yes I have heard it since I was a little girl...breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So I had to come up with a solution. For me, that solution is to have something quick and easy on hand. I have found that if I just make it simple, I am more likely to start the day with the nutrition I need. Making a shake, grabbing a bar or something simple like the new Nature Valleyโข Protein Soft Baked Granola Bites works like a charm!
Recently, I was given the Nature Valley Granola Bites for my family to try and they were given a thumbs up by everyone! We love granola so I was sure we would like these! They are soft with the perfect amount of granola crunch baked inside. Yum! The granola bites are a great portable snack to take to work, in the car (at the last minute ...ahem), or just to have in the cupboard to grab in the morning or snack on during the day. With just a few granola bites I found that I was satisfied until lunch.
What I really love? The nutritional info! That is very important to me.
- No artificial colors or flavors
- 0gs trans fat
- No high fructose corn syrup
- 7g of protein
The Nature Valley Granola Bites come in two flavors, Honey Almond (my favorite!) and Blueberry Almond.
