Apr 28 When You're Just Trying to Keep It All Together

I remember when I had my first child, Tyler almost fourteen years ago. At that time I could actually keep my house clean, my schedule together, the laundry done, work done, and dinner made. My life was pretty organized. Well.... suffice it to say, by the time I had added three more kids to the mix I didn't know whether I was coming or going and I was holding on for dear life.

As the years have passed, I have slowly gathered the pieces back together and I finally feel somewhat organized again. I never found the secret formula to make it all work out, but God used the years to grow me and I gathered all the best advice and resources I could (along with lots of prayer). Today I don't feel like I am holding on for dear life anymore. But let me tell you....it is a daily battle! The laundry pile? It is still there...and it is HUGE. The dishes? They are there. The cleaning? Yep, you guessed it. Still there. And so on and so on.

If I were to guess...you probably feel pretty similar.
