Aug 10 Are you looking for the perfect planner that is (actually) affordable? Yes, it does exist.

I have basically tried every planner out there. And the one thing I have found is that a good planner usually costs a lot of money - ranging in price from $50-100. I have found some very simple ones from Target for much cheaper, but the good, solid planners that are also pleasing to the eye are just more expensive. However, for the last several years I have shared a planner here with this community that is not only lovely and well laid out but it is inexpensive. It is called the homemaker’s friend Daily Planner by Sue Hooley. And it keeps getting more beautiful every year!

This planner is SO affordable- only $14.99! You would think because of the great price that it would be of lower quality, but it is well made, sturdy and just a well-thought-out planner. Here are some of my favorite elements of the planner, as well as some pictures below:

~ I am a big fan of month and week planners. I HAVE to have both the month and the week included.

~TABS - I love tabs in a planner! They make it so simple to find where you are in the year!

~Beautiful pictures, uplifting quotes and Scripture throughout. There are really nice photos throughout, as well as quotes and scripture verses to encourage you.

~Notes, goals and projects sections. There are also plenty of spaces to jot down notes to yourself and specific sections dedicated to goals, projects, and tasks.

~My favorite—- perforated shopping lists! Yes! There are several pages of perforated shopping lists to write down your grocery list for the week. I am always looking for a scrap of paper to scribble down our list on, so this is a plus for me!
