Sep 14 The Road to "Clean" Living

Living clean and learning clean living go hand in hand. If you want to keep a clean home will also maintaining or moving into clean and healthy living, it may be time to look closely at your cleaning products.

It seems like every day we learn something new and alarming about the air we breathe, the products we use and the food we eat. Being proactive in protecting our health isn’t always the easiest thing to do, but it certainly is the wisest. Changing over to a natural and organic lifestyle has been a process for our family that started over a decade ago now.

As I slowly learned about the food we eat, I transitioned bit by bit too organic. Now because of this acquired knowledge and newly discovered allergies to preservatives our family purchases almost all organic and natural foods. As we focused on our food, our eyes were then opened to the personal care products we use and the air we breathe. Over the last few years, we have also slowly transitioned the products we use in our home to natural and organic. We are doing our very best to free our space from toxins. One step at a time!

I have had a chance to try two of their products so far and let me tell you the laundry enhancer is a game-changer for me. I don’t know about you but with four kids and laundry for days, the stench that come from a dirty uniform or just a wet towel is disgusting. I have been adding just a little bit of the laundry enhancer to my loads of laundry that are stinky and instead of a musty towel smell, the odor is neutralized and it smells completely clean! (There is nothing worse than a musty towel smell when you have just cleaned off in the shower!)

We are also using the HVAC air cartridge. This HVAC air cartridge isn't your typical air cartridge. It is made with earth mineral technology and designed to neutralize and remove VOCs and toxic vapors from your indoor environment.
