Over the years one of my very favorite gifts we’ve given our children at Christmastime is a special book. Books grow imagination and foster wonder in a child. With wintertime and the Christmas season upon us there is nothing better than a sweet book to snuggle up and read together. I’ve also found it especially helpful to have books that teach our children about a holiday or season we are in and virtues that are important to focus on. The newest book in the Otter B Series, Otter B Joyful is one that is perfect for this time of year.
Otters are cute and fun. And that is especially true for Otter B and his animal friends as they learn Biblical values in the Otter B book series from Focus on the Family. Full of bright colors and beautiful illustrations, there are relatable experiences in every story. I love that each book focuses on one-character trait and ends with an adorable rhyme that reinforces the lesson. Here is the rhyme from Otter B Honest:
